Butyl Tape
Definition
It is a butyl rubber tape with one side covered with felt and the other side self-adhesive. The felt on the tape surface provides very good adhesion with ceramic adhesives, acrylic and many other different types of adhesives, mastics and sealants with its embossed patterned structure.
Areas of Use
• In bathroom, balcony, terrace, roof etc. water insulation applications
• In horizontal and vertical joint and bevel applications
• In shower channel surroundings and drain units
• In window blind frame insulation
