Definition
Grout Fluidmax CB 484 is a single component, non-thixotropic, cement-based, ready-to-use, non-shrink grout mortar that expands within itself in fluid form, reducing shrinkage and providing high initial and final strengths.
Areas of Use
• Anchoring of machine foundations
• Securing anchor rods
• Filling gaps and cavities
• Fixing foundation plates or supports
• Mounting gaps of prefabricated elements
• Bedding of load-bearing elements
• Cracked and worn concrete surfaces that require repair with fluid mortar and where a trowel is not suitable

• Mortar is prepared by mixing only with water
• Despite its low water/cement ratio, it provides a fluid consistency
