Penetra W SB 922
Definition
Penetra/W Sb 922 is a white, water-based, UV-resistant, silane-siliconate-based resin that impregnates the surfaces of building elements, providing water-repellent properties.
Areas of Use
• Exterior cladding, vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces
• Low-absorbent surfaces such as concrete, marble, granite, and slate
• Cement particleboard surfaces
• Protecting historical artifacts from atmospheric effects
Advantages
• It reduces the capillary absorption of the building it penetrates but does not block the pores or capillaries
• Therefore, there is little or no deterioration in the breathing properties of the building material
• It provides good penetration depth. It is resistant to alkalis
• It provides rapid water repellency on the surface it is applied to. It is water-based and environmentally friendly
• It is not suitable for natural stones with low absorbency
